Over her career, she has represented clients in over 500 court cases across civil, criminal, family, and commercial matters and handled over 300 contract negotiations and disputes.
She previously served as a Senior Attorney and Legal Advisor with the Iran Central Bar Association, where she developed litigation strategies, drafted legal opinions, and managed complex client advisory work. Her legal background is complemented by years of teaching experience as a Legal Instructor and Consultant, during which she trained over 400 law students in criminal law, procedural law, and advanced legal writing.

Independent Practice at Pax Law Corporation
Each lawyer who practises at Pax Law Corporation is an independent contractor. Each lawyer enters into their own retainer agreements with their own clients, has sole conduct of and professional responsibility for their own files, and exercises their own independent professional judgment.
Ms. Hajmohammadjafar is responsible only for the matters in which she is the principal lawyer. Each lawyer maintains, at a minimum, the mandatory professional liability (errors and omissions) insurance required by the law society of each province in which they practise.
