He also gained valuable experience with the Ontario Crown Attorney’s Office, assisting Crown Counsel with homicide trial preparation, legal research, sentencing memoranda, judicial pre-trial preparation, and criminal court proceedings. Michael’s practice is strengthened by his extensive entrepreneurial and business experience. Before attending law school, he owned and operated a successful restaurant and worked in business development and advertising. These experiences gave him firsthand insight into the challenges faced by business owners, entrepreneurs, and professionals, allowing him to provide legal advice that is both practical and commercially informed. Known for his professionalism, responsiveness, and attention to detail, Michael takes pride in building strong client relationships and helping individuals and businesses achieve effective and efficient legal solutions. Outside of his legal practice, he enjoys cycling, Muay Thai, investing, chess, reading, surfing, and hockey.
