Step One: Booking a Legal Consultation
If you are at the beginning of your journey, have questions about your eligibility, or wish to review the specifics of your case (such as visas, refugee claims, or court matters), please schedule a consultation first.
What does the booking form include? You select your preferred consultation type (online, phone, or in-person at our North Vancouver or Toronto offices), the topic of your case, and your desired time slot in the lawyerās official calendar.
Purpose of this session: Direct communication with a lawyer, evaluation of your documents, and clear guidance on the proper path before taking any formal action.

Step Two: Signing the Retainer Agreement
If you have already consulted with a lawyer, made your decision, and wish to have Pax Law Corporation handle your case directly, there is no need to book another consultation.
What does the retainer agreement include? You select your required legal service (from 71 distinct services including immigration, court matters, and legal documents) and complete the formal representation form.
Purpose of this form: By completing this agreement and paying the legal fees, Pax Law Office officially becomes your legal representative for your matter.Ā

Step Three: Case Initiation and Processing
Once the agreement is signed and information is registered:
Case Activation: Your official file is opened in our system and assigned to the relevant legal team.
Document Review: A tailored document checklist is provided, and your records are reviewed and organized by the lawyer.
Submission and Follow-up: Your applications or submissions are sent to the appropriate authorities (such as IRCC, Federal Court, or relevant judicial bodies), and all stages are monitored until a resolution is reached.
