Nima Abdollahzade

Nima Abdollahzade is a Student-at-Law at Pax Law Corporation with a multidisciplinary background spanning law, technology, and civil liberties. Currently completing his Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Common Law at the University of British Columbia, Nima brings a unique combination of legal expertise and entrepreneurial innovation to the firm.

Before joining Pax Law, Nima held senior legal roles in prominent Iranian tech and media companies, including as In-House Counsel at Beeptunes and Senior Legal Manager at Tapsell. He has also served as a researcher with the Canadian Civil Liberties Association through Pro Bono Students Canada, contributing to cutting-edge issues in constitutional and digital rights.

Nima is the founder of Pellonia, an independent legal-tech initiative, and serves as Fractional Chief Technology Officer at Sparkbridge Incubator Ltd., where he advises startups on legal infrastructure and compliance in emerging technologies. He is also a former game developer with a passion for merging software with legal problem-solving.

Nima holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) and a Master’s in Public Law from Shahid Beheshti University and has completed specialized training in International Humanitarian Law at the University of Geneva. He is fluent in English and Farsi and brings a global perspective to his work, especially in the areas of digital rights, technology law, and public interest advocacy.
