Please note that when your matter with the Federal Court of Canada has been initiated, for us to be able to start working on your Application Record, we need to have a complete list of the documents you originally submitted to Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) with your application as soon as possible. You can follow up the progress of your matter, at Federal Court – Court Files (fct-cf.gc.ca) – Please allow several days before searching your name.
Please follow these steps:
– Login to your IRCC portal
– Open your application and click on “view submitted application or upload documents.”
– Take a screenshot of the table you see (i.e., the list of submitted documents)
– Send the exact documents you see in the table of submitted documents, plus the screenshot of the table to this email address:
- Please note, if you send your documents to another email, it will not be saved in your file.
IMPORTANT
– We will not be able to proceed without the table and the documents
– If the documents’ file name and/or content are different from what we can see in the table of submitted documents, we will not be able to use them. You cannot change what was in front of the visa officer in Federal Court.
– If you have submitted your application through the new portal, please download the “summary” file that can be found in the messages in your portal. Please also send all documents you submitted with the visa application.
If you are represented by an authorized representative, or you are the authorized representative
– If you are the authorized representative for the main applicant, please follow the same steps, in your authorized representative account.
– If you are the client, please ask your authorized representative to follow these steps
لطفاً توجه داشته باشید هنگامی که پرونده شما در دادگاه فدرال کانادا آغاز شد برای اینکه بتوانیم کار بر روی پرونده درخواست شما را شروع کنیم، نیاز به فهرست کاملی از اسنادی که به اداره مهاجرت با درخواست ویزای خود ارسال کرده‌اید، داریم و این باید به‌زودی ارسال شود. شما میتوانید در سایت فدرال کورت پیشرفت پرونده را مشاهده کنید اما امکان دارد چند روز طول بکشد تا اسم شما در سیستم ثبت شود.
لطفاً این مراحل را دنبال کنید:
وارد پرتال خود در سایت اداره ی مهاجرت شوید
درخواست خود را باز کرده و روی “مشاهده درخواست ارسال شده یا بارگذاری اسناد” کلیک کنید
از جدولی که می‌بینید (یعنی فهرست اسناد ارسال شده) اسکرین‌شات بگیرید
خود اسنادی که در فهرست اسناد مشاهده میکنید (طبق آن چیزی که تازه اسکرین‌شات گرفته‌اید) و خود فهرست را به این آدرس ایمیل ارسال فرمایید
**توجه داشته باشید: اگر به هر آدرس ایمیل دیگری مدارک ارسال کنید، این مدارک وارد فایل شما نخواهد شد

بدون داشتن جدول و اسناد، نمی‌توانیم ادامه دهیم
اگر نام فایل اسناد و/یا محتوای آنها با چیزی که می‌توانیم در جدول اسناد ارسالی ببینیم متفاوت است، نمی‌توانیم از آنها استفاده کنیم. شما نمی‌توانید چیزی که در مقابل افسر ویزا بوده است تغییر دهید.
چنانچه از پرتال جدید استفاده کرده اید، نیازی به اسکرین شات نیست. شما میبایست فایل خلاصه ی اپلیکیشن را که به صورت فایل پی دی اف برای شما در پرتال گذاشته میشود برای ما ارسال کنید. این فایل در قسمت پیام هایی که از اداره مهاجرت دریافت میکنید دیده می شود. حتما تمامی مدارک را هم ارسال کنید
