Associate Lawyers (Contractor Role)
Pax Law Corporation is currently seeking motivated and talented Associate Lawyers to join our growing practice in North Vancouver. This is a contractor role, not an employment position. We provide you with the tools, infrastructure, and support to grow your practice while maintaining control over your hours and files.

Office Hours & Expectations
- Our office operates Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (closed on statutory holidays).
- While you control your schedule as a contractor, you are expected to be at the office for a minimum of 20 hours per week.
Pay Structure
Our compensation system is designed to reward performance while providing stable returns to the firm. We pay semi-monthly, so each pay period is half a month.

General Paralegal – Full-Time

We are currently seeking a General Paralegal to join our team on a full-time basis.
Position Details
- Salary: $50,000 per year
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (closed on statutory holidays)
- Location: In-office, North Vancouver
The successful candidate is expected to be present during all business hours.

Key Responsibilities
- Drafting, reviewing, and formatting legal documents
- Managing correspondence with clients, courts, and other parties
- Organizing and maintaining client files (both electronic and physical)
- Conducting legal research as required
- Supporting lawyers with trial preparation and hearings
- Assisting with billing, scheduling, and file management
Qualifications
- Paralegal diploma or equivalent education
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a law firm preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Adobe Professional; knowledge of Cosmolex or similar legal software is an asset
