Elaheh Rezaei is an Immigration Case Manager at Pax Law Corporation in North Vancouver, British Columbia. She is a licensed lawyer in Iran and a member in good standing with the Iranian Central Bar Association. With a strong background in Iranian law and a growing expertise in Canadian immigration processes, Elaheh is a valuable resource for clients navigating Canada’s complex immigration system.

Elaheh is currently in the process of applying for a Practitioner of Foreign Law Permit from the Law Society of British Columbia, which will authorize her to provide legal services related to Iranian law from our office in North Vancouver.

At Pax Law, Elaheh focuses exclusively on immigration matters and plays a hands-on role in preparing applications for temporary and permanent residence—including visitor visas, student permits, work permits, and permanent residency applications. She guides clients from the first consultation through to final submission, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and confidence at every step of the process.

Fluent in both English and Farsi, Elaheh ensures that our Farsi-speaking clients feel fully informed and supported throughout their immigration journey.
