Dr. Ali Yousefi, Ph.D. is a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (R535117) and a qualified Immigration Refugee Board practitioner. He has been practicing Immigration law since 2016. He is the founder of Elegant Immigration Inc. He joined Pax Law as an associate in the Summer of 2023. He lives in North Vancouver, with his wife Neda, and two dogs. Ali holds a Doctorate Degree and prior to becoming an immigration consultant, he was an instructor.

Here are the instructions to book an app
ointment for new immigration services with Dr. Yousefi
1 – Click on this link.
2 – Scroll down the page and Select “Immigration.”
3 – Click on the Gray Box below “SELECT STAFF” and select Dr. Ali Yousefi, RCIC-IRB
4 – Select an available Date and Time from the Calendar.
5 – Insert your information and click on “Book”
6 – You will receive an email confirming your appointment, but you still need to pay to ensure it is set in our Calendar. Here is the link to payment if you are in Canada. You are required to pay 224 CAD (Including 12% Tax) for the session. Make sure you will take a screenshot of the receipt of your payment.
7 – Visit this link, answer the questions, and upload the requested documents as instructed. For your information, according to the laws and regulations of the Law Society of British Columbia, for the matter of Conflict of Interest, we can not confirm an appointment for you if you do not provide the required Identity documents and contact information.
8- In your confirmation email, you can access a link called “Join your appointment” or “Join Team Meeting,” by which you can hold your appointment virtually using Microsoft Team. You can also have an in-person meeting in our office at 233-1433 Lonsdale Ave, North Vancouver, BC, Canada V7M 2H9. Make sure you will be here on time according to the tight schedule of Dr. Yousefi.
