Sarah was born and raised in Ontario, Canada. She completed her undergraduate studies in Law and History at Carleton University in Ottawa, Ontario.
Sarah is an advocate for victims of crime and tragic circumstances. She holds a Post-Graduate Diploma from Algonquin College in Victimology and a Post-Graduate Certificate from the World Society of Victimology in Victimology, Victim Assistance & Criminal Justice. Sarah has presented internationally on the victimization of Canada’s Indigenous women and is trained in Mental Health First Aid, Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training, 2SLGBTQ+ Trauma Informed Care, and Non-Violent Crisis Intervention.
Sarah graduated from the University of Sussex in Brighton, England with a Bachelor of Law Honours Degree (LLB) in 2019. She recently completed her NCA requirements and plans to do her articling at Pax Law and get called to the Bar of British Columbia.
Sarah is currently helping our clients in the Immigration Department of Pax Law and in her spare time, volunteers as a Crisis Intervention Worker with Victim Services.
