and<\/li>\n<li>If the person\u2019s refugee protection was deemed to be rejected under Article 1F(b) of the Refugee Convention because of an order of surrender under the Extradition Act.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-861adcb elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"861adcb\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">What Happens if You Cannot Appeal to RAD?<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-7b4b432 elementor-widget-divider--view-line elementor-widget elementor-widget-divider\" data-id=\"7b4b432\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"divider.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-divider\">\n\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-divider-separator\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f2d7e1b elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"f2d7e1b\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Individuals who cannot appeal their refugee refusal decision have the option to take the refusal decision to the Federal Court for Judicial Review.<\/p>\n<p>In the Judicial Review process, the Federal Court will review the decision of the RPD.
